Key Features

Fast Cycle Rate & Flow

  • Cycles & vents 80+ GL32/33/42/43 injectors in <30 seconds

  • Up to 3.0 in³ per stroke

 

2 Models to Choose From

  • 19:1 Oil (3500 psi – 3.0 in³ per stroke)

  • 26:1 Grease (3500 psi – 2.2 in³ per stroke)

 

Simple Controlling

  • PLC or Lube controller actuates a 4-way air valve to drive pump, and vent on the return stroke

 

Multiple Reservoir Types

  • Grease with follower plate

  • Oil without follower plate

  • Both are 2 litres

 

Low Level Detection

  • Available as an option, factory installed

  • Easy to connect, comes with field wireable DIN connector

 

Self Venting Pump

  • Integrated vent automatically relieves pressure on return stroke, no pressure switch or wiring required

 

Pneumatic Power

  • Easily installed into existing air line
